Tech 21 Introduces the Power Engine Deuce Deluxe Cabinet

Tech 21 Power Engine Deuce Deluxe CabinetTech 21 has expanded their product lineup with the Power Engine Deuce Deluxe for guitar and bass. The new unit is a “pumped up” version of their former Power Engine 60.

“Our original concept for an FRFR speaker cabinet specifically designed for stringed instruments evolved from an overwhelming amount of inquiries as to which amp would be best to use with a SansAmp,” the company shared. “Fast forward to today, this new version consolidates a feature set that can be used for both guitar and bass.”

The Deuce Deluxe has a 1×12 rear-ported cabinet that delivers 200 watts. It also has an onboard 3-band EQ, low and high pass filters, a defeatable filter, a headphone output, and an auxiliary input. For extra power, an extension speaker output lets you hook up another cab.

The Tech 21 Power Engine Deuce Deluxe was unveiled at the 2019 Winter NAMM Show with a $449 price point.
