Vox Introduces the Mini Superbeetle Bass Amp
Vox has introduced the Mini Superbeetle Bass. The new amp is a compact tribute to the company’s 1960s models and comes equipped with a Nutube analog preamp circuit.
The 50-watt unit has an on-board compressor and fuzz. It comes with a matching speaker cabinet featuring a closed back and bass reflex structure for “rich, low-frequency response.” It can also be paired with nearly any other extension cabinet.
The Vox Mini Superbeetle bass amp also features a headphone/line output jack. It is available now for $379.99.

These seem kinda cool, but that promo video is totally pointless. Haha
I own the guitar version of this amp & cab. If the bass version is anything like its skinny six string amplifying older brother, it’s well worth the money to make it a part of a bassist’s gear. If what I suggest is found to be true, I’ll be adding the Super Beatle Bass rig to my studio.
