Positive Grid Unveils Pocket-Sized Spark GO Amplifier
Positive Grid has expanded its Spark lineup of portable amps with the Spark GO. The pocket-sized guitar/bass amplifier and Bluetooth speaker feature smart app integration for a variety of tones and practice tools.
“Stream music or play guitar or bass – the pocket-sized Spark GO delivers 5 Watts of surprisingly big sound,” the company says. “Computational audio, a passive radiator, and anti-vibration technology provide the detailed audio, punchy bass, and overall sound experience typically found in a much larger guitar amp. Convenient, rechargeable battery power delivers great tone at a moment’s notice for even more musical enjoyment.”
The Spark Go has 33 amp models and 43 effects for a wide tonal palette. The Spark app builds on that with an online ToneCloud community, Smart Jam for creating backing tracks, and video capture. You can also use Spark GO as an audio interface for recording to your computer.
The Positive Grid Spark GO is open to pre-order with a special introductory price of $109.

A portable amp without dimensions listed in the article or product description? 5 watts? Uh huh.
I wish I’d bought this instead of the 40watt model when it first came out. Can I trade?
