Aaron Gibson: The Cure on the Radio

Aaron Gibson shared another video of his in-progress songs. This one comes with another great story:

“Here’s the solo bass first draft of ‘The Cure on the Radio,’ one song from my most recent batch. My kids were looking at old photos, and they found pictures of my teenage room covered in posters of bands like The Cure, The Smiths, David Bowie, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cramps, and Bauhaus. They also came across some photos of me with my friends, Mike and James. This song came to me fairly easily in the glow of reminiscence.”
