Sheptone Debuts Premium Nickel Wound Bass Strings
Sheptone has debuted a new product with the Premium Nickel Wound Bass Strings. Initially available in a Medium Light gauge, the four-string set has the popular gauge combination of .045/.065/.085/.105. The strings are made in the USA using domestically sourced, raw materials.
Sheptone says the strings play like “buttah” with a warm, round tone.
“While tone and feel are always the priority, an indirect result to taking the time to do it right is durability. The combination of a treated hex core and nickel-plated wrap wire makes Sheptone’s strings especially durable without the player feeling it. The hex core maintains structural integrity while tuned to pitch and played on a constant basis, while the silky-smooth wrap wire adds a protective layer against corrosion and wear, helping extend the life of the string.”
The Sheptone Premium Nickel Wound Bass Guitar Strings are available now for $28.99.
