Saxophonist Randal Clark paid tribute to the great David Sanborn, who passed away on May 12th. Clark enlisted bassist Jimmy Haslip, keyboardist Scott Kinsey, and drummer Zach Danziger to perform “A Tear For Crystal,” written by Sanborn and Marcus Miller.

After the tragic passing of bassist Trish Doan in 2017, Kittle drummer Mercedes Lander stated she was unsure of the band’s future. The resurgence of nu metal a few years later would bring them back together. Former bassist Ivana “Ivy” Jenkins (née Vujic) is back in the fold.
