Fender Unveils 2025 Squier Classic Vibe Bass Lineup with Telecaster and Jazz Models

Fender Squier 2025 Classic Vibe Basses

Fender has unveiled the 2025 models for the Squier Classic Vibe series, including four new bass models: the Classic Vibe Telecaster Bass, the Classic Vibe Active ‘70s Jazz Bass, the Classic Vibe Active ‘70s Jazz Bass V, and the Classic Vibe ‘60s Jazz Bass. Each model reimagines the basses of the past while adding modern touches.

First up is the Telecaster Bass, which blends design cues from Telecasters of the late 60s and early 70s. A Fender-designed alnico wide-range humbucker is fitted into the poplar body. “This vintage-style bass features a Telecaster-inspired headstock and pickguard shape, paired with a contoured body that enhances playing comfort during long sessions,” the company writes.

Next, the Active ’70s Jazz Bass comes in four and five-string versions. Fender writes that the models draw from vintage aesthetics while incorporating a pair of Noiseless Jazz Bass pickups and a modern onboard preamp. The preamp, which can be bypassed for passive operation, has treble and bass boost controls. Other features include a HiMass bridge, a bound fingerboard with block inlays, and a vintage-tinted glass neck finish.

Finally, the Classic Vibe ’60s Jazz Bass pays homage to the earliest Jazz Bass designs. It has a slim “C”-shaped neck profile and a vintage-style bridge with threaded saddles. Its headstock is even given 1960s-inspired markings to complete the look. The ’60s Jazz Bass comes in four finishes: Tahitian Coral, 3-Color Sunburst, Daphne Blue, and Black.

The 2025 Squier Classic Vibe basses will ship in August with prices ranging from $473.99 to $556.99.

The article about the new Squier Classic Vibe Bass Lineup. You go through the effort, or lack of, and give general information that can be found anywhere. Yet once again a very relevant piece is missing. Are they available in lefty?
Please try to include this valuable information in the future.
