P Bass, Leather Jacket, and Deep Pocket: Tim Lefebvre on New Scary Pockets Session
Scary Pockets are back with a new session, this time taking on “On The Benefits Of Dying” with vocalist Tyler Ballgame. On bass, Tim Lefebvre locks in the groove on a sunburst Fender P bass, looking effortlessly cool in a leather jacket while laying down one of those deep, unshakeable pockets he’s known for.
We recently shared another Scary Pockets session with Lefebvre on bass featuring Judith Hill. That one had an epic vibe, with Hill’s soaring vocals and Lefebvre laying down a groove you could live in. You can check that out HERE.
Lefebvre has been busy lately. He also produced and performed on the latest album by Donny McCaslin, which we recently covered HERE. In the meantime, enjoy this new Scary Pockets session and the masterclass in cool that Lefebvre brings to the low end.
