Bass of the Week: Ristic Guitars BK4 David Sutkin Signature II

Ristic Guitars BK4 David Sutkin Signature II Bass

Sasha Ristic of Ristic Guitars has shared their latest bass creation: the BK4 David Sutkin Signature II. Built for the Apollo’s Ghost bassist and Bass Upfront founder, the elegant axe features neck-through construction, a 5-piece wenge and purpleheart neck, walnut body wings, and a jaw-dropping Indian laurel top.

The bass has plenty of bells and whistles beyond its good looks. Its ebony fingerboard has LEDs for its inlays, and aside from its DiMarzio Billy Sheehan Relentless pickup, it also has a Roland GK-3B MIDI pickup. Its Hipshot hardware includes a drop D tuner.
