Kansas Expands Fall 2026 Headlining Tour

Kansas is currently on tour with Deep Purple, but they’ll be carrying on with a headlining tour this fall. They’ve added a handful of new dates to their previously announced run, which will take them coast to coast from September to November.

The rock icons’ first headliner is set for September 29th in York, Pennsylvania, after which the show travels south for a stop at the State Fair of Texas. They pick up at the Big Fresno Fair in California and will work their way back east to end at the Lansdowne Theater in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania.

Kansas is known for hits like “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind,” which were anchored by the great Dave Hope. The group’s current bassist is Dan McGowan, who joined the fold two years ago following Billy Greer’s departure.

“I am deeply aware of the gigantic shoes that I will be filling. Dave Hope and Billy Greer are among the best musicians in rock history,” he said at the time. “I want the fans to know that I love the music of KANSAS, and I hold it in highest reverence. I am committed to doing justice to the band’s incredible legacy, and I am so grateful for this unbelievable opportunity!”
