Cort Announces AB850F Acoustic Bass Guitar
Cort Guitars has expanded their bass lineup with the AB850F, an acoustic bass guitar featuring a full-size, jumbo body that the company says produces plenty of volume.

The bass, which comes in natural and black finishes, is constructed with a dovetail neck joint and venetian cutaway for better access to the upper register. Its body back and sides are mahogany while its spruce top is supported underneath by scalloped x-bracing. The rosewood fretboard holds 22 frets with dot inlays. A classic rosette encircles the soundhole.
Cort fits the AB850F with a Fishman ISYS and EQ. The system includes a 2-band equalizer, an LED tuner, a phase control, and a Sonicore pickup. The bass will be available soon with an MSRP price of $449.99.
