Roy Vogt Announces 9th Annual Thunder Row Bass Invitational

Bassist and educator Roy Vogt will be bringing the thunder to Nashville once again during the Summer NAMM Show. The 9th Annual Thunder Row Bass Invitational is set to take place July 18-20 at Douglas Corner Cafe from 7pm to 11:30pm. The yearly bass event benefits the W.O. Smith Community School.

Confirmed artists include Andrew Gouche, Dave Pomeroy, Vail Johnson, Brittany Frompovich and the Ginger Bass Mafia, Scott Fernandez, Roy Vogt’s Urban Legends, The Power Triplets featuring Trip Wamsley, Johnny Hayes, Quintin “Q” Berry, The JVM Collective, Brian Allen and Wes Little, Dylan DiBiase, Return to Romantic Warrior RTF Tribute, Brain Salad, Jonathan Moody, Blake Branch, Jon Von Boehm, Shaun Munday, and Roy Vogt’s 1979 Band featuring Justin Kalk and Chester Thompson. A press release says more artists will be added.

Event sponsors include PreSonus, Dunlop, MTD Basses, Spector Basses, Bass Magazine, Lathon Bass Wear, Guardian Pro Audio Cables, and more. There are door prizes all three nights from some of the listed sponsors.

Tickets for the Thunder Row Bass Invitational will be $20.
