Mattoverse Unveils the Just A Phase Pedal

Mattoverse’s newest pedal may be called “Just a Phase,” but the company says it’s much more than just another phaser. The three-knob stompbox features an all-analog signal path with eight digitally-controlled waveforms.
“While the smooth sine and sweep waveform options cover all of your favorite classic phaser sounds, the harder-edged square and ramp waveforms delve into harmonic-tremolo territory and the random square and slopes waveform options cap off an eclectic collection of unique phaser tones,” they write.
The pedal also has a tap tempo switch for setting the rate on the fly. Although it’s demonstrated on guitar, you can hear the pedal in action here:
The Mattoverse Electronics Just A Phase pedal is available now for $189.
