Fender, Dingwall, and Peavey Highlight June 2025’s Top New Bass Gear

June was hopping with new bass gear as companies released their summer lineups. Fender topped the list of our most-read stories for the month with the introduction of their 2025 Squier Classic Vibe models and a signature bass for Khruangbin bassist Laura Lee. Phil Jones released the lightweight C-17 bass cab, while Dingwall launched the SP1 with fanned frets and a quad-tone control. After teasing it last year, Peavey has finally reintroduced the Cirrus Bass with upgraded VFL humbuckers while retaining the design’s exotic hardwoods and 35-inch scale.

Other standouts include the Line 6 Helix Stadium series, the Duesenberg Chris Chaney Signature bass, Mayfly’s all-analog Sunset bass pedal, Nordsrand’s handmade Acinonyx V, and Audiofab’s Frequency Distiller. Scroll on for the top ten new bass gear stories for June 2025.
