Wield Your Tube Amp Again: Barefaced Audio Super 24 Delivers 1,200 Watts of Precision Power

Barefaced Audio Super 24 Purple

Barefaced Audio has unveiled the Super 24, a new 2×12″ cab that reformats one of their more popular enclosures to accommodate a big tube amp. The new unit is fitted with two 12XN extended-range, high-accuracy drivers to offer a max power of 1,200 watts RMS.

“We compromised on the vertical array to make the cab a better size for touring – it’s the same dimensions as our Four10, which means either fits in any 4×10″ size flightcase or a two in any 8×10″ flightcase. The polar response isn’t quite as ideal as the Super Twin’s but it still has excellent dispersion, especially compared to non-Barefaced 410 cabs,” they share. “If you love your SVT, your 400+, your AD200B, your Bassman etc, but aren’t gigging it because it’s too tiresome to carry along with the monster cab you stacked it on, get a Super 24 and wield the all-valve rig once again!”

Other features include a monocoque Spaceframe enclosure, a single “oversized” port for dynamic depth, and a heavy duty black tolex covering. Barefaced also offers the Super 24T, which adds an APT80 tweeter with a fully variable HF control.
