Hartke has announced a new bass amp in their lightweight TX series called the TX7500. The 800-watt amp was unveiled on Facebook by founder Larry Hartke, who gave his followers a sneak peek of what’s to come.

“Back in 1991, we introduced the Hartke HA3500. Over the next two decades, it became the world’s best-selling bass amplifier, with more units produced and sold than any other bass amplifier,” he wrote. “In 2016, we launched our first line of lightweight bass amplifiers, and since then, we’ve continued to expand and refine our TX and LX series amplifiers. Times have changed and so has the gear. Lightweight amplifiers are now the standard for bass players everywhere. That’s why, for 2026, we’re proud to unveil the Hartke TX7500 a modern evolution that pays tribute to the legendary HA3500 while delivering next-level features, power, and performance in a compact, lightweight package built for today’s bassist.”

The sleek new model features built-in Drive and Compression circuits to expand your sonic range. It’s also equipped with numerous tone controls, including a 7-band graphic EQ, Bass and Treble knobs, and Brite and Shape switches. The TX75000’s rear panel has an effects loop, a dedicated tuner output, a balanced XLR Direct out. Other features include a mute and an impedance switch.

The Hartke TX7500 is open to pre-orders with a street price of $899.99. It is slated to ship in early 2026.
