Tony Levin has released his first video from his upcoming album, “Bringing It Down to the Bass,” which is super cool. The album's lineup is amazing. This track includes Manu Katché (drums), Dominic Miller (guitar), Pete Levin (keyboards), and Alex Foster (sax).

It’s a big year for Tony Levin. He’s gearing up for the highly anticipated BEAT tour, but he’s also just announced that he’s releasing a solo album next month, too. “Bringing It Down to the Bass” marks the bass icon’s seventh solo album and his first since 2007.

One of the most exciting tours of the year is BEAT, which will feature Adrian Belew, Tony Levin, Danny Carey, and Steve Vai performing music from King Crimson’s ’80s era. The band scheduled a run from September 12th to November 10th, but now they’ve announced a whole new leg due to popular demand.
