Relix and Rock N’ Roll Fantasy Camp have teamed up to announce the Relix Rock Camp, set for October 27th through October 30th. The four-day event will feature instruction, masterclasses, Q&As, and jamming with world-class musicians

Scott’s Bass Lessons has announced Bass Space 2022, which they say will be the ultimate online bass summit. The three-day event will be held July 15th through the 17th with a huge list of guests.

Mark your calendars: Jimmy Haslip will be giving a free online masterclass on August 21st. The event, hosted by RVA Sound Doctor, will have the fusion bass hero giving tips and tricks as well as answering questions from fans.

Amidst touring with Bass Extremes this year, Victor Wooten has unveiled two of his educational workshops for 2022. The four-day Bass Camp and two-day Music Theory Camp will each be held virtually this year.

The International Society of Bassists is bringing back their Virtual Bass Festival for 2022. The two-day event will be held June 10th and 11th, featuring live presentations, an exhibit hall, “ISB After Hours” nightly hangs, and more.

Jazz bassist and educator Danny Ziemann has announced a free workshop series. The “First Call Bassist Roadmap” event takes place June 4th and 5th via Zoom and is designed for both electric and double bassists of all experience levels.

Gerald Veasley’s Bass Bootcamp is back for 2022, which will mark the camp’s 20th anniversary. The weekend-long getaway will once again include hands-on workshops, masterclasses, giveaways, and meet and greets with the camp’s faculty.

Discover Double Bass is a great resource for all things upright, and now they’ve expanded their offerings with a new Masterclass series. They’ve kicked it off with a three-hour masterclass with Chris Wood.

The Three of A Perfect Pair Music Camp is back for 2021! The four-night retreat will run from August 9th through 15th. It will once again feature Adrian Belew, Tony Levin, and Pat Mastelotto teaching and hanging out with all attendees.
