Rosan Asmussen shared this fantastic video on our Facebook group today, and I’ve already watched it several times. Here’s her bass and vocal jam, entitled “Natiwondeh”.

In 2014, Simon Wood-Harris shared a video for his Unidentified Flying Project. “There is a Dream” was a huge hit for readers, thanks in part to Pino Palladino. Seven years later, we get to hear more, with their tune, “Dance The Rain”.

It has been quite a while since we’ve seen a video by Alessio Tori (AKA ato71), who has impressed us over the years with his bass cover videos. He’s back, and he’s taking on the great Tears for Fears tune, “Woman In Chains”.

Abstract Logix has some of the coolest videos, like this one. Oz Noy, Dave Weckl, James Genus, David Kikoski, and Brian Charette perform “Boom Boo Boom”, which is from Noy’s 2020 album, “Snapdragon”. What a killer band!

It seems that with each new video, Leonid Vorobyev’s band, Leonid & Friends, raises the bar. In this one, they did it again. Here’s their performance of “The Speck of Dust”, with the band backed by a symphony orchestra.

Ryan Madora is back with a new lesson, and this is a great one. In this clip, Ryan walks through how to play the great James Jamerson bass line to “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)” by The Four Tops.

Wayman Tisdale was definitely something special. He had a very unique style and tone. In this clip, we catch Wayman with the 5th Quarter Band, performing live in 1992.

Rebecca Johnson shared this video with some exciting news: “First gig of 2021 last Sunday. Fun to play live again after far too long.” Armed with her Dean Edge Select bass, she and her band lay down the funk.

Giovanni Scarabel shared this video on our Facebook Group, and it got a lot of attention. He took Steve Vai’s “Eugene’s Trick Bag”, from the movie “Crossroads”, and performed it on bass.
