Deep Energy Orchestra: Playing With Fire
Jason Everett sent me this video the other day, and I am really digging the sound.
“‘Playing With Fire’ is the first live recording by Deep Energy Orchestra. This super-group showcases prog-phenom Trey Gunn (King Crimson) and Indian percussion master Selvaganesh (John McLaughlin, Masters of Percussion),” he shared.
The tune was written by Jason, who also brought in a Seattle-based classical string ensemble for the session.
