Meet Mariya-Andoniya Andonova, a bassist originally from Bulgaria who now resides in New York. Mariya-Andoniya is this week’s No Treble reader in the spotlight (you could be next). Here’s her story…

TWA has updated the Triskelion Harmonic Energizer pedal for 2021 to include a slimmed down profile and more versatility. The unit, which is a recreation of the 70s-era Systech Harmonic Energizer, marks the third iteration of the pedal.

The Foo Fighters have morphed into the Dee Gees, and a new album is coming. “Hail Satin” will be available on vinyl on July 17th through Record Store Day 2021. Here’s the first taste, with the band performing the Bee Gees’ “You Should Be Dancing”.

Tracking for the new Megadeth album has been completed, though we still don’t know by whom. Frontman Dave Mustaine has confirmed that recently removed bassist David Ellefson’s parts have been re-recorded by an unnamed musician.
