Every year at the NAMM Show, Warwick reveals their annual limited edition masterbuilt and team-built basses. This year’s NAMM Show was virtual, but that didn’t stop them from going all out. This year they focused on the Streamer design.

Bergantino has unveiled a new line of bass cabinets with the NXV (NEO-X-Treme Vintage) Series. The lineup includes four lightweight configurations that are loaded with the company’s proprietary drivers first introduced with the NXT Series.

While no new basses have been revealed so far, Ernie Ball Music Man has unveiled a plethora of dazzling new finishes for their basses. That includes the Music Man line as well as the entry-level Sterling by Music Man line.

Guild has unveiled their new offerings for 2021 and it includes a modern adaptation of the Starfire I Bass. With an attainable price point of $599, the bass looks to be a great option for fans of hollowbody designs.

Fodera has refreshed their Standard line of basses for 2021 with revamped versions of Yin Yang Standard as well as the Monarch 4, Emperor 5, and Emperor 6 Standards.

VOX has unveiled a new series of headphones crafted for playing instruments. The VGH Series of guitar amplifier headphones comes in three models, including the bass-specific VGH-Bass, that expand on VOX’s amPlug series.

Jackson Guitars has expanded their bass lineup with the Pro Series Spectra series, which includes four and five-string basses. Each model sports the Spectra body shape with enhanced features.

Rotosound is now offering the ability to purchase single strings from their string lineup, including the Ultramag bass set. The move allows for more flexibility in choosing strings in addition to not needing to buy a whole set for one broken string.

Tech 21 is returning to its roots with a reissue of the SansAmp Classic. Originally released over 30 years ago, the handy pedal has been used for everything from death metal to commercial jingles.

EMG has expanded their line of pickup sets with the Les Claypool “Pachyderm Gold” pickup. The company also updated Robert Trujillo’s Rip Tide J pickups with three new finishes. Check out Claypool’s and Trujillo’s announcement and two-bass jam.

Last year, Ibanez turned heads with their new EHB headless design. Now they’ve taken the same idea and put it into a more compact size. The EHB1000S and the EHB1005SMS have all the same features as the EHB1000 but with shorter scales.

Phil Jones Bass has unveiled a new tool for bassists called the PE-5. The pedal-sized preamp features a five-band EQ with DI capabilities as well as a boost function. Of course, Jones puts in plenty of details to make the unit stand apart.
