Micro basses have been growing in popularity over the past few years. This week we’re checking out the Tiny Boy TBP-3400BFM, which has a miniature 23-inch scale. The four-string bass still has 22 frets on its ebony fingerboard.

Boss’s Waza Craft family of pedals has gotten another member with the FZ-1W Fuzz. The new pedal has standard Level, Fuzz, and Tone controls as well as a special switch for Vintage or Modern voicings.

Electro-Harmonix has introduced the Intelligent Harmony Machine, a pitch shifter that can generate single note, diatonic harmonies, intervals, and secondary options.

Genzler Amplification has introduced the re/Q dual function EQ Pedal, which marks their second pedal in a line designed by Jeff Genzler and former Genz Benz engineer Andy Field.

Vanderkley Amplification has added a new model to their lineup of bass cabinets with the 110MNT. The company calls it the “perfect cabinet for home use and small gigs.”

Richard Greenup of RJ Custom recently shared photos of one of his newest builds called the Valupture. The Australian luthier put a magnificent piece of poplar burl on full display for the top and headstock cap.

Kernom has unveiled a new pedal called Ridge, which they call the “first augmented analog overdrive pedal.” The circuitry includes their new Analog Morphing Core that is a new approach to clipping circuits.

Dunlop’s popular Cry Baby series just got a new model with the Justin Chancellor Wah. The Tool bassist’s new signature pedal actually has three effects baked in with a custom midrange filter, a custom wah circuit, and a vintage fuzz.

G&L has added new models to the Tribute Series Kiloton Bass lineup. The series now includes a Candy Apple Red bass with a maple fingerboard and block inlays as well as a Black Frost bass with a rosewood fingerboard and pearloid block inlays.
