Back in 2020, Carrtoons (aka bassist/producer Ben Carr) released “Saturday Morning.” He followed that up with “Homegrown” in 2022, and now he’s come full circle with a new album called “Saturday Night.”

With just three months until their official 30th anniversary, the String Cheese Incident has released their 11th studio album. “Lend Me A Hand” is an “acknowledgment of [the fact] that, coming out of the pandemic, we all could use help.”

Carlos Henriquez has been studying the history of Latin Jazz for most of his life. Now he’s released a new solo album called “A Nuyorican Tale,” which expands the scope from his own experiences into the history of Puerto Ricans in New York.
