Gear Watch: New DR Strings K3 Coated Technology
DR Strings has just announced their latest string coating technology, K3. The patent pending string technology is now available on DR’s line of coated bass strings.
DR says the K3 coating will last “at least 9 times longer (by documented factory tests) than previous DR coatings. The new, durable K3 coating will not strip away, peel or come off under any playing condition we have put it thorough in numerous, stressful factory tests.”
