Warwick Updates Corvette $$ Bass
Warwick is updating the Corvette $$ this year with a version topped by a 3/8-inch piece of colored AAA flamed maple. The bass, which is defined by its dual humbucker pickups, is offered through the Warwick Custom shop.

The bass’s body is a solid piece of USA swamp ash paired with a wenge neck and fingerboard. It comes in four, five, and six-string versions that feature 34-inch scales. Warwick fits them with a pair of passive MEC MM-style humbuckers matched with an active/passive MEC 2-band preamp. In addition to standard controls, the Corvette $$ has a 3-way mini-switch for each pickup to toggle between series, parallel, and single-coil operation.
Hardware includes a two-piece solid brass Warwick bridge and Warwick machine heads with wooden knobs. Each bass comes with a natural finish but can be upgraded to have an oil finished color. The Warwick Custom Shop Corvette $$ is available now with prices ranging from $2,999.99 to $4,299 depending on the number of strings and finish.

This is a beautiful bass worth paying 3 or 4 grand for , I sure wish I could afford it.
I love that thing.
I have a 2007 german made warwick $$ that’s just magical. Mine didn’t come with the brass nut though. I wish Warwick didn’t charge 54 euros and 35 euro shipping for the upgrade part.
