Today we're continuing a three-part series of videos by Noah Fishman. Each clip is the premiere of a new composition for electric bass. Here’s the second entry, with Noah performing Maya Keren’s “Mystic River Valley”.

I always love it when my good friend Aaron Gibson releases a new video. Even more exciting, Aaron has a new album in the works. From “Tenderfoot”, here’s “Let’s Fall in Love Again”.

Snarky Puppy has a new album coming in September, and they shared this video to help build the excitement. “Trinity” was written by Mark Lettieri, and it grooves.

The dynamic duo is back. Evan Marien and Dana Hawkins have a new album dropping later this year, and they’ve shared a video for one of the tunes. “Ultima” features Plini on guitar.

Here’s a super funky performance of Rebecca Johnson and her band performing a couple of days ago. In this clip, they get down on “I Feel Good”. As usual, her ability to sing and play at the same time is impressive.

Mr. Big’s celebrated the 30th anniversary of the release of “Lean Into It” last year. Billy Sheehan decided to take this trip down memory lane, performing along to “Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy”.

Zander Zon’s latest video features an arrangement based on his original tune, “Circle of Melodies”. I’ve always loved this tune from his album, “Sonorous”.

Noah Fishman commissioned three musicians to each write a piece for him to perform on solo bass. Today we’re beginning a three-part series of videos by Noah performing these songs, starting with “Balafon del Sur” by Gabriel Chakarji.

Oteil Burbridge kicked off 2022 with this incredible solo bass and vocals performance of “Stella Blue”. I missed the video back then, but I was glad to find it.

No Treble reader Tyler Corey sent us this creative video Andre Antunes made, taking Metallica’s “Master of Puppets” and performing it in the style of Muse.

Today is Tony Levin’s birthday, and we’ve spent the day listening to the wealth of music he’s been a part of over the years. Here he is rocking it out with Liquid Tension Experiment on “Hypersonic”. The tune is from “LTE3”, which was released in April 2021.

No Treble reader Vladimir Samardzic sent us this video of the title track from his new album. “Catching the Wind” starts out with Vladimir’s bass before the rest of the band joins in. I am digging their sound big time!
