Fender has unveiled a new signature instrument for 2023 with the Limited Edition Mikey Way Jazz Bass. The My Chemical Romance bassist’s new axe comes in a Silver Sparkle finish with a black painted headstock to match his style.

Fender has unveiled a new limited run of Made in Japan instruments. The International Color Series are described as “Vintage Fender vibes meets Made in Japan craftsmanship.” The series includes a Precision Bass and a Jazz Bass.

Fender’s entry-level Squier Bullet series has been replaced by a new line called the Sonic Series. The new instruments carry similar attributes to their predecessors with new colors and new models.

Fender Japan has unveiled the Elemental Series, calling it a line that considers the demands of modern players to balance specs and pricing. It includes one bass, the Elemental Jazz Bass.

Fender has teamed up with the ever-funky MonoNeon to introduce a signature five-string model for the bassist. The MonoNeon Jazz Bass V follows his aesthetic with a neon yellow and orange finish.

Fender has once again revived more of its original designs with the new American Vintage II series. The lineup recreates models from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s by building them to their original specs.

Fender’s Rumble Series of bass combo amps has expanded with its largest offering yet: the Rumble 800. Loaded with two 10-inch Eminence neodymium speakers and a compression horn, the unit is rated at 800 watts while weighing in at 29 pounds.

Fender has reissued the Aerodyne Special line of guitars and basses, including a Precision and a Jazz model in the lineup. The Japanese-made instruments introduce new colors for the models.
