The Main Squeeze is back with an epic cover of one of the all-time great tunes, Buddy Miles’s “Them Changes.” Special guest Steve Swatkins sits on keys and throws in one awesome talk box section and solo.

Months ago, Aaron Gibson sent me an early cut of this song, which he wrote during some incredibly trying times. Now Aaron and Nahuel Bronzini have released the video for “Apples.”

While many of us would be gearing up for NAMM this time of year, things took a turn. Let’s revisit a clip from NAMM 2020, where we see Marcus Miller and Hadrien Feraud go off! This was definitely one of my favorite NAMM moments.

In this video, monster bassist Joe Cleveland performs on stage with international artist Taeyang. Joe is holding down the low end on his 5-string F Bass, and doubling on synth bass as well! Incredible!

Dirty Loops continues to share videos in support of their new album, “Phoenix”. “Breakdown” is a super chill tune by the band, with some laid back bass work by Henrik Linder.

We featured a video of 10-year-old bassist Gev Delano last week, and we were all blown away. Turns out, we’re not the only ones. Federico Malaman wrote a tune that he wanted to record with the young bassist. Here’s the video for “Mala-Gev-Jam”.

When we shared the video of ZZ Top performing “La Grange” on the Howard Stern Show, our friend Greg Hickey replied with this video of Harry Styles performing Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer” on the show. Harry and the band nailed it.

No Treble reader Roberto Lo Monaco shared his latest video with us, which will be on his upcoming album, “DreamScape”. “Astral Planes” features a rich, layered soundscape, all from Roberto’s bass.

Drummer Chris Georgenes sent us this video, and he got our attention before we even checked out the video. Check out his epic cover (with 13 bassists!) of Parliament’s “Give Up the Funk (Tear the Roof off the Sucker)”.
