Fender Japan Launches Heritage Series Basses
Fender Japan has unveiled a new line of instruments called the Heritage Series that recreates features from the company’s past. The series was developed with Mark Kendrick, an original founding master builder of the Fender Custom Shop.
Petros Klampanis Trio: No Becomes Yes
Petros Klampanis and his trio may be all quarantined at their own homes, but that doesn’t stop the music. The bassist, pianist Kristjan Randalu, and percussionist Bodek Janke worked remotely to record the new song, “No Becomes Yes.”
2020 Summer NAMM Show Cancelled
In another blow to the music industry, NAMM has announced that the 2020 Summer NAMM Show will not be taking place. The annual trade show was scheduled for July 9th through the 11th in Nashville, Tennessee.

G&L Guitars has unveiled a new model in their throwback series paying respects to Leo Fender’s CLF Research company, which was the predecessor to G&L. The five-string CLF Research L-2500 is made in Fullerton, California.
