Harley Benton has launched a new line of affordable bass amps called the SolidBass series, which includes two combo amps, two head units, and four cabinets.

Warwick has stepped into the world of micro amps with the Gnome series of pocket-sized bass amplifiers. The lineup includes three models – the Gnome, Gnome i, and Gnome i Pro – that step up features.

After unveiling their bass cabinet series at the Winter NAMM Show earlier this year, Darkglass Electronics has launched the Elite Series of cabinets with the DG810ES and DG412ES. The two new offerings are the company’s largest cabs.

MESA/Boogie has unveiled the latest in its lightweight amp series with the Subway TT-800. The 800-watt Class D amp blends their Subway series with aspects of their classic Boogie BASS 400+ amp.

Phil Jones Bass has expanded its line of cabinets with the C2. The compact “shoebox-size” cab is rated at 200 watts and is fitted with two of the company’s smallest speakers.

Spector has teamed up with Blackstar Amplification to release a limited edition version of the FLY 3 bass amp. The compact practice amp, which offers 3 watts of power through a 3-inch speaker, is adorned with the Spector logo.

Ashdown is expanding its ABM EVO IV line this year with the ABM EVO IV Dual VU Rack Head and the ABM-EVO IV Pro Neo cabinet range. The line is centered around the company’s new Blue Line Pro Neo speakers.

Ashdown Engineering has pumped up its OriginAL series of amps with the new OriginAL-500H, a 500-watt head that is the same size as its 300-watt predecessor.

Among Ashdown’s many new products introduced at the Winter NAMM Show was the CTM-200R, a 200-watt all-tube head that complements the CTM range’s 300-watt and 100-watt models.

EBS has gotten back to their roots by unveiling the 802, a 750-watt solid-state bass amplifier they say will be the new cornerstone of their amplifications program. It will also be the reference point for the “EBS Sound.”

After previewing them last year, Ashdown unveiled the new Studio Range at the Winter NAMM Show this year, which includes four new combos: the Studio 15, the Studio 12, the Studio 10, and the Studio 8.

Phil Jones Bass has announced the BG-110, aka the Bass Cub II, which builds upon their Bass Cub comb amp. Rated at 110 watts, the combo amp is fitted with two of the company’s five-inch drivers in a “‘shoebox’ size package.”
